Fried Skin

  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 24 cheese ravioli, thawed if frozen
  • Salt
  • 1 cup marinara, warmed


  1. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high until it registers 350 degrees on a deep-fry thermometer. In batches, fry ravioli until golden, about 1 minute. Drain on a paper towels; season with salt. Serve with marinara.

Cook's Notes

Cooking Tip
To ensure crisp, evenly browned ravioli, don't crowd the pan when frying.
