Cheesy Garlic Popcorn

The secret's in the seasoning.

  • 3 cups popcorn
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Step 1

    Drizzle popcorn with olive oil, then toss with remaining ingredients.

    This is a great topping! I've been popping corn in a brown bag for a while and it is truly the best tasting and healthiest way to eat popcorn! This topping has become a much requested favorite. I tend to use Italian seasoning instead, but it's good either way...highly recommend it!!
