Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk, plus more for thinning
  • 2 tablespoons brine from Pickled Lox

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine sour cream, buttermilk, and brine in a glass bowl, and mix well (if too thick, add a little extra buttermilk).
