With a ruler, rotary cutter, and cutting mat, measure and cut an assortment of 8-inch-wide fabric rectangles; the lengths may vary. You will need enough rectangles to create a strip that's as wide as the sheet plus 1 inch. Pin rectangles together end to end, then sew with a 1/2-inch seam allowance. Press seams open with iron. Turn long edges under 1/2 inch, and press; repeat with short edges. Fold the strip in half lengthwise; press. 2. Fit the folded and pressed strip over the top edge of sheet; pin in place. Sew along all 3 sides 1/8 inch from the folded edge of strip, making sure the needle catches the bottom layer of fabric. 3. Sew an 8-inch-wide fabric strip (attaching smaller pieces if desired) whose length is equal to the circumference of the pillowcase opening, plus 1 inch. Stitch the short edges together, right sides facing, with a 1/2-inch seam allowance, creating a loop; press. Turn the long edges under 1/2 inch; iron. To make a cuff, turn loop right side out, fold in half, and press. Fit cuff over the edge of pillowcase. Pin around opening and edge-stitch to finish.

This is really creative guys, i'll probably look into it as bedding costs are so extreme these days, costs you an arm and a leg just for a pillow case!
