  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce amaretto
  • Ice
  • 1/2 ounce dry sherry
  • Orange and lemon slices (for garnish)


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, orange juice, lemon juice, brandy, simple syrup, gin and amaretto. Shake and strain over ice. Float sherry on top and garnish with orange and lemon slices.
