Chili-and-Cucumber Margarita

  • 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek (Asian chili paste)
  • Your favorite classic margarita, such as the Perfect Margarita


  1. Combine cucumber and sambal oelek; let marinate in the refrigerator up to 4 hours. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons into a glass of your favorite classic margarita.
