Asian Salmon Salad


Lime juice and sesame oil lend Asian flavors to this main-course salad.

  • Salmon
  • Shredded carrots
  • Vegetable oil
  • Lime juice
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Spring mix or other greens
  • Slightly warm cooked brown rice


  1. Grill salmon, then flake. Dress carrots with vegetable oil, lime juice, and sesame oil. Toss with greens and rice. Top with salmon.
