Asian Salmon Salad
Lime juice and sesame oil lend Asian flavors to this main-course salad.

- Shredded carrots
- Vegetable oil
- Lime juice
- Toasted sesame oil
- Spring mix or other greens
- Slightly warm cooked brown rice
Grill salmon, then flake. Dress carrots with vegetable oil, lime juice, and sesame oil. Toss with greens and rice. Top with salmon.
