Grilled Chicken and Herbs Salad
Throw a couple of pieces of chicken and crusty bread on the grill for a few minutes and dinner's practically ready.

- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Bread slices
- Romaine or other greens
- Sliced English cucumber
- Tomato wedges
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Soft, leafy herbs
Grill chicken and bread slices. Cut chicken into pieces. Toss with greens, cucumber, tomato, and cilantro. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs; serve with bread.
