Simple Syrup for Berry Sorbet


Use this simple syrup with our berry, currant or strawberry sorbets.

  • 2 cups sugar


  1. Bring sugar and 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool.

Simple syrup can be refrigerated up to 1 month.
