Nutritional Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup goat's milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango (about 1 mango)
  • 2 tablespoons mixed fruit anthocyanins
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon coconut milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Nano Greens
  • 1 tablespoon sprouted chia powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 packet Sambazon acai
  • 1 teaspoon Natura Beyond Essential Fats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Natura Botanical Treasures
  • 2 droppers Natura Vital Adapt
  • 1 tablespoon plus one teaspoon Natura Beyond Whey


  1. Place coconut water, raspberries, yogurt, mango, fruit anthocyanins, coconut milk powder, Nano Greens, chia powder, honey, acai, essential fats, herbal powder mixture, and Natura Vital Adapt in the jar of a blender; blend until smooth. Add whey and pulse just to combine. Serve.
