Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette


Use this vinaigrette to add zest to salads.

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. Whisk together vinegar, mustard, olive oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
