- Two large (30-by-44-inch) sheets white paper
- Interior latex paint in eggshell
- Paintbrush
- Glue
Steps

Step 1 of 6
Paint two large sheets of paper with interior latex paint; let dry.

Step 2 of 6
To create center bud, tear an 8-by-30-inch scallop-like pattern so white paper underneath paint shows on edges. Place glue along straight side; roll paper to create bud.

Make four 8-by-6-inch torn petal shapes and attach to bud.

Step 4 of 6
Make four 10-by-7-inch torn petal shapes; attach to outside of flower.

Make six 14-by-10-inch torn petal shapes; attach to outside of flower.

Curl petals gently to complete flower.
where do I purchase the paper?
I thought it was French Watercolor Paper.....good thing I recorded it on my DVR, will have to go back and watch again. A template would definitely be helpful, and pictures when making the scalloped edge to begin the bud.
Would like to make thesefor Easter gifts with my Granddaughter, will another type of paper due other that French Cotton Paper? Don't want to wait on getting something from the internet.
