- 2 ounces very cold vodka
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth, chilled
- 1 (2-inch) lemon peel or chilled olives
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add vodka and vermouth and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist lemon peel over liquid and discard (or add olives); serve.
