Serve this flavorful sauce with Indian-Spiced Chicken with Lentils and Chickpeas.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender along with 1/3 cup water. Blend until smooth.

    Perfect accompaniment for the Indian Spiced Chicken with Lentils and Chickpeas.
    I must admit I used half cilantro and half parsley since I'm not a hugh fan of cilantro.
