Simple Syrup for Passion Fruit Sangria

Use this simple syrup to prepare chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Passion Fruit Sangria.

  • 6 tablespoons sugar


  1. Bring sugar and 6 tablespoons water to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before using.
