Boneless country-style pork ribs can vary in size and shape. Keep in mind that the thicker the pork is, the longer it will take to cook and become tender.

Just made the pork (from the recipes I saved for future). It is very banal, bland. Taste like something you can pick in a cheap careless diner.

Yummy licious! This recipe was fabulous. We don't eat pork so we substituted a nice sized rib eye. Next time we will use turkey chops. Our grocer only had yams so we opted for some Jersey White Sweet Potatoes which turned out to be a great choice. The sour cream and sugar mix in them was awesome. The green beans were perfect and is now my new way of making them. I wouldn't change anything with this recipe and can't wait to make it for a group of my good friends.

Yummy licious! This was sooooo good. We don't eat pork so we substituted a nice sized rib eye steak. We will use turkey chops the next time. We also used Jersey White Sweet Potatoes and can I just say OH MY GOODNESS! This recipe is a keeper, it's easy, it's flavorful. The sour cream and sugar mix is perfect with the potatoes and I have never had green beans that were this good. Could see making this for a group of good friends.

This recipe was easy to make and awesomely delicious. The ribs were tender and was deliciously paired with the sweet potatoes (not yams) and sauce/gravy. I can't wait to make this dish again.

Meat is exceptional so are the sweet potatoes, but the best part has to be the gravy. Can't wait to try tomorrows Taco Burgers..

This was good. Maybe cut back on the sugar in the sweet potatoes. The mash sweet potatoes would be great for Thanksgiving. This was really easy, and I would make it again. Gravy was simple and delicious.with the meat.
