Sweet Pear

  • 4 fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • 3 ounces pear nectar
  • Ice cubes
  • Red pear slice, for garnish


  1. Muddle together sage, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, peach nectar, and ice; cover and shake to combine. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with pear slice.
