Coconut-Almond Smoothie


Flavorful and nutritious, sprouted almonds make for a perfect snack and are a potent ingredient in this vitamin-packed breakfast drink.

  • Yield: Makes 4 cups

  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla-flavored pure almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 24 whole skin-on almonds, soaked in water overnight so they have sprouted
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender; blend until smooth. Serve.
