- 1 1/4 cups vanilla-flavored pure almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 24 whole skin-on almonds, soaked in water overnight so they have sprouted
- 1/2 banana, peeled
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 cups ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender; blend until smooth. Serve.
