Cranberry Crush

Ingredients

  • 12 cranberries
  • Two 1-inch pieces candied ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 ounce Cranberry Syrup
  • 1 dash cranberry bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce Ramazzotti
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Tonic water
  • Lime twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place cranberries, ginger, cranberry syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass; muddle until cranberries pop and release their juice. Add ice, gin, Ramazzotti and lime juice; shake until chilled.

  2. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a splash of tonic water and garnish with lime twist.
