- 12 cranberries
- Two 1-inch pieces candied ginger, chopped
- 1/2 ounce Cranberry Syrup
- 1 dash cranberry bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce Ramazzotti
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- Tonic water
- Lime twist, for garnish
Place cranberries, ginger, cranberry syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass; muddle until cranberries pop and release their juice. Add ice, gin, Ramazzotti and lime juice; shake until chilled.
Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add a splash of tonic water and garnish with lime twist.
