    Hello-I was on the Martha Show on 12/21/11 and had a fabulous time. The gifts that Martha's worker gave me did not include the Breville The Milk Cafe. Was this a mistake or was there a coupon in the bag to obtain this gift online as it would not definitely fit in the bag. Have a great day! Thank you
