Chunky Avocado and Feta Dip

Chunky Avocado and Feta Dip

  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
  • 2 avocados, diced small
  • 1 scallion (white and light-green parts only), thinly sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh dill leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together feta cheese, avocados, scallion, bell pepper, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    A fun fresh dip - everyone I have made this for loves it. It's festive all year round! Sometimes I prep all of the ingredients (except the avocado) ahead of time but I mix it together shortly before serving it. I usually serve it with tortilla chips.

    This recipe was easy to make & so incredibly delicious! Heathy, but flavorful! Loved the tips on slicing the avocado.
