The question was asked on how to keep cookies soft and chewy. The answer is to put them in a sealed container but also put a piece of regular white bread in with it and it will keep them soft and chewy. It can even make slightly over cooked (hard cookies but not burnt) cookies soft. Make sure no one eats the bread that you use in the container because it wouldn't taste very good.
