Chinese Broccoli
Martha and chef Anita Lo saute this leafy green vegetable with oyster sauce.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; swirl to coat. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water. Add oyster sauce and season with salt; cover and cook until broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
