  • 2 large bunches of kale, rinsed well, dried, and torn into 1- to 2-inch pieces
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Place kale pieces in a single even layer on baking sheets; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.

  3. Transfer to oven and bake until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve.
