Cold Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • Dash of Sriracha
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and Sriracha. Toss together with spaghetti and chicken. Divide evenly between two plates and serve.
