Three-Melon Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 green melon, such as honeydew or Santa Claus (about 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 Mexican watermelon (about 3 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed mint leaves, torn
  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions

  1. Halve melons and scrape out seeds of cantaloupe and green melon.

  2. Cut melon halves into 1/2-inch slices and cube, cutting away rinds as you work.

  3. Place fruit in a large serving bowl. Tear mint leaves over salad.

  4. Pour lime juice over salad and stir to combine.
