Vietnamese Coffee Shake

  • yield: 6 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strong brewed chicory coffee (such as Cafe du Monde), chilled
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups ice

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a blender, combine coffee, half and half, sweetened condensed milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and frothy, 30 seconds. Transfer to drinking glasses and serve immediately.
