Cognac and Grainy Mustard Turkey Gravy

  • 4 cups Turkey Gravy
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Cognac
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  1. Bring turkey gravy to a boil in a medium saucepan; immediately reduce to a simmer. Stir in cognac; let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.
