- 2 tablespoons loose Assam black tea (preferably organic and fair trade)
- 8 to 10 green cardamom pods
- 1/2 stick Ceylon cinnamon, crushed
- 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
- 1 (1-inch) piece candied ginger, chopped
Combine all ingredients.
