Tools and Materials
- Small foil-paper Dresden stars
- Coiled tinsel icicles
- Hot-glue gun
- Trim 2 Dresden stars from the sheet.
- Take 2 or 3 tinsel icicles and match up their ends on the back center of 1 of the stars.
- Use dab of hot glue to attach icicle ends to star; press a second star on top. Let cool.
