Simple Grilled Peaches

Grilling peaches intensifies their natural sweetness and a scoop of vanilla ice cream seals the deal.

Ingredients

  • 4 freestone peaches
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Halve and pit peaches.

  2. Step 2

    Preheat grill to high. Dip cut side of peaches in olive oil. Place peaches, cut side down, on grill until warmed through; release from grill.

  3. Step 3

    Divide among 4 bowls. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
