- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups couscous
- 2 tablespoons finely grated orange zest
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Coarse salt
In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in couscous and orange zest. Cover and let stand, 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork, stir in cilantro, and season with salt.
