Tools and Materials

  • Cabbage
  • Small glasses
  • Twine

Carefully remove individual leaves from a head of cabbage. Cut away the stiff bottom part of a leaf, which resists curling, and wrap the remainder around a glass, trimming more as necessary. Overlap 2 or 3 leaves, and secure with thin twine. Fill with crudites.
