- 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, oranges)
- 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
Divide yogurt, fruit, and walnuts between two glasses. Drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon honey.
