Garlic Oil Vinaigrette
This dressing is delicious on your own homemade deluxe salad.
- Yield: Makes 1/3 cup

- 3 tablespoons Garlic Oil
- 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- 2 anchovies, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together garlic oil with some cloves, vinegar, anchovies, and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad greens.
