Garlic Oil Vinaigrette

This dressing is delicious on your own homemade deluxe salad.

  • Yield: Makes 1/3 cup

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Oil
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 2 anchovies, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic oil with some cloves, vinegar, anchovies, and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad greens.

Cook's Notes

You can always omit the anchovies, if you prefer.
