Garlic Oil Vinaigrette

  • yield: Makes 1/3 cup

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Oil
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 2 anchovies, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together Garlic Oil with some cloves, vinegar, anchovies, and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad greens.
