- 2 medium nectarines (10 ounces total), pitted and quartered, or 8 ounces frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice (if using fresh nectarines)
In a blender, combine nectarines or peaches, almond milk, honey, yogurt, and ice. Blend until smooth.
