Nectarine-Yogurt Smoothie

Nectarine-Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 medium nectarines (10 ounces total), pitted and quartered, or 8 ounces frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice (if using fresh nectarines)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine nectarines or peaches, almond milk, honey, yogurt, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Cook's Note

Lighten Up: Almond milk has half the calories of skim milk; be sure to buy one that's fortified with calcium.
