The hardware that holds back your curtains is utilitarian, but it doesn’t have to be predictable. Start with unembellished tieback hardware, and customize it however you like. We used a four-inch stone coaster, but a decorative tile or another flat item would work as well. Just use a glue gun to attach the pieces; let dry, and install.
