Prune Plums with Mint Ricotta

Ingredients

  • Fresh ricotta cheese
  • Sugar
  • Chopped fresh mint leaves
  • Sliced prune plums

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Sweeten fresh ricotta cheese with sugar, and stir in chopped fresh mint. Sprinkle with mint leaves. Serve as a dip for sliced prune plums.
