When you’re eyeing veggies at the farmers’ market, cocktails may not be on your mind. But they should be, especially if you love Bloody Marys. Puree yellow tomatoes for a sunny hue and a mellow flavor base. Use tomatillos for Southwestern flair. Or freeze sweet, vine-ripened red tomatoes before tossing them into a blender for a frosty version. Try all three -- after all, variety is the spice of life.
