Padron Peppers Skewered with Chorizo


  • 24 Padron peppers
  • 24 1-inch-thick pieces hot dried chorizo
  • Sea salt


  1. Step 1

    Soak 12 wooden skewers for 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium-high. Thread 2 peppers and two pieces chorizo onto each skewer. Grill, turning often, until blistered, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt.
