Use this blend of spicy seasonings in Roberto Guerra's Cuban-Style Roast Pig recipe.
- Yield: Makes about 2 cups
- 1/2 cup coarse salt
- 1/2 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup ground oregano
- 4 teaspoons ground bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Mix together all ingredients in an airtight container; cover and let stand at least 12 hours before using.
