- 2 ounces Maker's Mark bourbon
- 6 local raspberries
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Ginger beer
- Lime wheel, for garnish
Shake bourbon, raspberries, and mint over ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
