Chipotle Mayonnaise

Spread this smoky Southwestern-style mayonnaise on a whole-wheat bun when making our Turkey-Pork Burgers.

Chipotle Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons canned chipotles in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from can)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Coarse salt


  1. Stir together mayonnaise, chipotles, adobo sauce, and lime juice. Season with salt.
