A New Kind of Vegetable Platter

This single-serving approach to a crudites platter makes it easy for guests to help themselves and keeps the dips fresh and cold.

Simply add dollops of dip to the bottoms of small, clear glass cups or votive candleholders, fill them with veggies (we arranged by color, but you can mix them to your liking), and place them in a tray of ice. A side benefit: Everyone can feel free to double-dip.
