Chocolate Sauce

Generously drizzle over our Ultimate Malted Brownie Sundae.

  • Yield: Makes 2 cups

  • 14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream


  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Warm gently over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is completely melted and sauce is smooth. Allow sauce to cool slightly before serving.

Cook's Notes

Extra sauce may be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
