Bandanna Hangers

These are easy to make, so you can create multiples for a matching set.

Materials

  • Metal hanger
  • Bandanna
  • Sewing machine and sewing supplies

Steps

  1. Step 1

Trace hanger onto the bottom of the wrong side of bandanna. (Don't trace the hook part.) Add 1/2-inch seam allowance, all the way around, and cut out. Repeat this step with the rest of the bandanna to make 2 pieces.

  2. Step 2

With right sides facing, sew pieces together: Starting at neck, sew diagonally down to 1 shoulder, across to the other shoulder, and then up a few inches. Leave a 6-inch opening.

  3. Step 3

Turn right side out, and press. Slide hanger sideways into opening. Fold seam allowance under, and hand-stitch to close.
