What a wonderful and creative recipe. Instead of marzipan I used "Liquorice Fruit Bites" and cut the black licquorice from the outside and used the orange inside for the snowmen's nose and the red/pink inside for the mouth, with the black liquorice used for the eyes and buttons.
I wonder if one may substitute the coconut with white chocolate shavings? I'm not altogether sure that the kids dig coconut, yet...
can you please tell me what ismarzipan?
Almost too cute to eat!!! ALMOST!!! I used a Wilton mini ball pan and made little cakes -( asembled with a wooded skewer). I just love snowmen and this will be an annual event for us from now on!!! Forget the stores! We just spend time together and make and bake and eat yummies!!! As MS would say...IT'S A GOOD THING!!!
