  • 2 bunches radishes, well washed, stems intact
  • Best-quality extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flake sea salt, preferably Maldon


  1. Place olive oil and salt in separate small bowls. Place radishes on a platter and serve with oil and salt for dipping.
