Lemon-Coriander Schnapps

  • 1 bottle (750 mL) vodka, preferably Swedish
  • 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted
  • 4 strips lemon zest, preferably organic


  1. Combine vodka, coriander, and lemon zest in a large, wide-mouthed jar. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for at least 3 days. Serve cold.
