Compound Butter for Franck's Porterhouse Steak


This butter was made in Franck's Porterhouse Steak recipe.

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary


  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine, and refrigerate.
