- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine, and refrigerate.
